Branch Manager/ Senior Consultant HRGO Driving - Dudley office Salary dependent on experience An experienced Branch Manager or Senior Consultant looking for their first step into a management role is required for our fast expanding Dudley office. Working with a small team servicing various driving clients across the Midlands region. The ideal person will have driving sector experience and a passion to develop a small office into the area's leading brand name. The role will include the management and development of the team and recruitment of new team members when required. Servicing the existing client database and ensuring excellent customer service. Business development to increase the client base and meet financial targets. Management of the office budget and P&L to ensure a profitable location Managing the recruitment and retention of temporary drivers and ensuring they are working for HRGO in an industry legal manner and ensuring all internal compliance requirements are met. The role will suit a bubbly enthusiastic individual who loves a challenge and wants to have fun in an exciting and fast paced environment.
