HGV 2 Driver required for Immediate Start. Permanent contract with our blue chip client Monday - Friday, with start times varying from 01:30 - 05:00. 3 - 4 wholesale deliveries, 48 hours guaranteed. On quiet days you may be required for on site shunting. What we expect from you: * Communication with clients and transport personnel throughout shifts. * Friendly and positive face towards clients, you will be working with the service industry * Completing daily checks of your vehicle and following company procedures always. * Managing personal compliance (inclusive of rest periods), in accordance with WTR and tachograph laws. * Ensuring loads and vehicles are safe and secure, always. * Adhere to time-sensitive delivery and collection times. * Ensure that all paperwork is completed promptly, and any PODs are returned to the correct member of company staff. To be considered you must have: * A valid CPC, UK driving licence with HGV 2 entitlement and tachograph card. * A professional, positive and reliable attitude towards work. * A good understanding of the UK road networks is essential.
