Looking for 2 day drivers and 1 night driver - 1 x C and 2 x C+E (HGV 2 and HGV 1). Immediate starts for the right drivers with a new site for a national haulier. Days is pallet work - Start between 06.00 - 06:30 - go to the emails and print of the pre-organised runs and load the 3 x vehicles on site by 8am ready for the 1st runs (some days maybe 2 runs) dependant on workload. Once finished in any areas liaise with the depot manager (Which isn't on site, he is based at another depot) on any collections that may need completing. If you do any collections and have a 2nd run you would need to go back put the freight you collect on a trailer and then re load for 2nd run and the same process as above applies. Then load all collections onto the Double deck trailer ready for the night trunk run. (Labelling the freight etc may be required). It is a satellite depot , so it is not a manned site so self-discipline and motivation and the ability to make own decisions is vital. At the end of any day a full check on any consignments/jobs left off in the yard or any failures. Also odd Saturday mornings maybe required. Night driver - Start circa 20:00hrs and tip and reload back to the depot. These are excellent opportunities for the right drivers working with a highly reputable haulier with a stable working history who treat their drivers with respect with a family atmosphere. Day drivers would need to have a FLT counterbalance licence but training may be considered for the right driver. Interviews taking place immediately. Newly passed drivers considered.
