We have fantastic position for an experienced Branch Manager. You will have previous experience in the Transport or Driving industry, however we will consider experienced Managers from other Recruitment backgrounds. This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding position working within a small team that will you develop and mentor. Duties include but not limited to: * Maximise profit margins. * Forecasting and setting budgets * Managing a small team of consultants. * Generate new business and contracts. * Train, develop and mentor staff. * Attend monthly management meetings. * Marketing and advertising. * Attend client meetings to Manager and Director level. * Reporting weekly KPi's.
