TRANSPORT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR HRGO are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Ircherster - Northamptonshire. HOURS: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00 MAIN DUTIES: -Updating Main Office Systems: Sage Accounting: -Booking on new customers; -Uploading invoices; -Processing of invoices; Twine (next day pallets) - Producing reports for uploading; -Scanning documentation; -Monitoring Status of deliveries; -Updating jobs with POD; In House Transport Management System -Booking on drivers- Updating details; -Batch invoicing/owner driver invoicing; -Checking and logging drivers hours; -Maintaining staff holiday and calculating holiday pay rates To be considered for this role you must be familiar with transport process to include: -Driver De-briefing -Downloading card information -Scanning and filing paper work -Invoice and purchase order number requests -Scanning for POD's -Sub contractor invoices.
